  3. Mam really felt great after reading your blog. Extremely enlightening it is. I'm a fresh graduate right now. Wish to pursue HR with full passion, probably the only aim of my life. I want to know should I go for post graduation in HR and go for a job or should find a find at graduate level only.
    If yes then which kind of employers shall I look for at graduate level HR job, the problem is most of the companies prefer a minimum MBA in HR, atleast in India they do.

    For a fresh graduate, what is preferable ?
    pursuing MBA in HR first and then going for job or gain some experience and then go for further studies.
    I'm really confused.I'm a fresh graduate right now and need your help.
    Also what kind of employers hire in HR at entry level?
